This is a letter of recommendation and appreciation for Rev. Gary Moore.

If you are reading this, you are likely interested in Gary to fill your pulpit and perform pastoral duties as an interim or as a regular supply.

We can highly recommend him to any church that desires sound, skillful, Biblical, Christ-centered preaching.

Gary was a very valuable and flexible help to us as we sought to schedule pulpit supply between pastors; he was eager to help whenever he could. Gary served as a regular monthly pulpit supply for close to two years here at Pleasant Mt. Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Bridgton, Maine (a mission work of Second Parish OPC in Portland, ME). He is excited about sharing his great knowledge of Scripture, and it shows in his manner of preaching and relating to the congregation. He is very intelligent, humorous, and connects well to all sorts of people, both in and out of the pulpit. It is clear that he loves and cares for those to whom he preaches.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Blessings in Christ,

Jon Marshall and Mark Stevens – ruling elders at Pleasant Mt.  OPC
