Attached is a link to a somewhat lengthy PDF essay on my notes concerning 2 Peter 1.3-11. Packed within these few short verses is a wealth of God's asssurance of His work within the life of the believer and a strong challenge to live is such a way that you will have confidence that you are growing in the grace of God's abiding Spirit. You are forwarned the essay is a bit longer than usual (22K words) and it may be a bit dense at times, but I believe if you take the time - perhaps several days - you will find some nuggets that may help along your spiritual journey.
